Kathy helped me purchase a condo in Reston. I purchased a 2 bedroom condo where I needed a carport for my car so she was able to submit and offer in a buyers market and got it $10,000 under the list price. I was also concerned about noise so she knocked on neighbor's doors to find out if the building was quiet, which all the neighbors said it was. She got to me a fast closing and also gave me a list of vendors to use as I wanted to paint it and redo it to suit my needs. This is my 2nd purchase with Kathy.
