Kathy sold my town home in Penderbrook and worked with me to get the home ready for the market. We updated the baths, and had one of Kathy's contractors refinish the floors in the basement and they looked brand new. We also used Kathy's contractor and had new carpeting put on the stairs and upper level bedrooms. We sold in 2 days, when the market was not hot like it is now, for full price. Kathy helped me purchase a condo in Reston. I purchased a 2 bedroom condo where I needed a carport for my car so she was able to submit and offer in a buyers market and got it $10,000 under the list price. I was also concerned about noise so she knocked on neighbor's doors to find out if the building was quiet, which all the neighbors said it was. She got to me a fast closing and also gave me a list of vendors to use as I wanted to paint it and redo it to suit my needs. This is my 2nd purchase with Kathy.
