I am a graduate of the University of Delaware with a BSN in Nursing. I moved to Northern Va when I graduated. I worked with the Fairfax County Health Dept for 5 years and then pursued a career in real estate, which is my true love. I spent my childhood and teen years in Texas as my father was a Dupont engineer. I have always enjoyed ice skating, walking daily, and shopping. I love dogs and I have had a dog most of my life until now as my Golden passed away a year ago, and I am still missing him. My husband is a real estate appraiser, and my 2 children are married, my daughter and son-in-law live in Great Falls with a spoiled German Shephard and my son lives in NYC with his wife and I have a granddaughter, that is 7 months old. My past real estate experience includes working as a realtor in Great Falls, Fairfax as an assistant manager to a large office, and a recruiter for the state of Va under the RVP of Weichert. I have been a managing broker for KWR in Great Falls for 3 years, and my true passion is helping people sell their homes or buy a new home. I have new homes experience as I worked with a builder in Occoquan for 5 years. I have experience selling new homes so when you look at new homes, please take me with you so I can represent you every step of the way. Remember a builder represents their best interests, not yours. Kathy was raised in Beaumont, Texas and relocated to Wilmington, Delaware as he father was a PHD in engineering. She went to University of Delaware where she met her husband, who has a business degree and is now a real estate appraiser. She has 2 children, both are married. Her daughter and son -in- law live in Great Falls and my son and daughter in law are living in New York City and I have a 17 month-old granddaughter.
